OpsCore / Security, data & support
Your data stays in the UAE,
and stays yours.
Your business data stays yours, and stays here.
You are handing a system your client list, your pricing and your invoices. Here is exactly where it goes, who can touch it, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates. It never leaves the country, and it is never used to train anyone's AI model.
Encrypted, in transit and at rest
TLS on every connection, encrypted at rest. Tokens for your calendar, accounting and payment tools are encrypted separately and never visible in the interface.
Every workspace is separate
Your business sits in its own workspace, separated at the database rather than in the interface. No query and no screen bug can show your data to another customer.
Nobody at our end browses your data
Access is role-based and off by default. Support access needs your approval, is time-limited and is logged. We would rather ask for a screenshot than hold a standing key to your business.
Every AI action is written down
An immutable log records what the AI did, when, for whom, and what it sent. If something goes out that shouldn't have, you can see exactly what happened and we fix the rule behind it.
Retention you control, exit you own
Kept for the four years UAE tax rules require, then handled to your instruction. Export everything in open formats at any time. Leaving is a download, not a negotiation.
Official channels only
The official WhatsApp Business Cloud API through a Meta partner. Your number is properly verified, with none of the ban risk that comes with unofficial tools.
Support
Direct access to the people who built your system.
No ticket queue and no script. Your configuration was designed by one of us, so whoever answers already knows how your pricing works. That is the difference between a support request and a five-message explanation of your own business.
Anything here you want in writing?
Ask on the call and we will put it in the agreement. If we cannot commit to something, we will say so rather than word it cleverly.
