Questions

E-invoicing, in plain words.

Who has to do this, and by when?

UAE businesses with revenue under AED 50M must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 March 2027 and send e-invoices from 1 July 2027. Larger businesses are on an earlier timetable. Check mof.gov.ae for any update.

Is OpsCore an Accredited Service Provider?

No. OpsCore files your invoices through Eezi (VATit Consultant Gulf Ltd), which is on the Ministry of Finance list of Accredited Service Providers, accreditation no. 106062. You get the filing without managing a second provider.

Which invoices are covered?

Business-to-business and business-to-government invoices, credit notes and corrections. Sales to consumers are excluded for now.

What does it cost?

E-invoicing is included from the Growth plan at AED 599 a month, alongside quotes, payment chasing, campaigns and everything else in that plan.

What if an invoice is rejected?

You get a message on WhatsApp with what was wrong and the fix ready to approve. Most rejections are missing customer details, which OpsCore asks the customer for.

I already use accounting software. Can I keep it?

Yes. OpsCore raises and files invoices from the job itself, and Business plans can connect to your existing accounting system.
